Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, event and payment-reference information you submit when making an enquiry or booking. PayPal processes payment card details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to quote, deliver and administer your event, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Event images and data
Gallery retention, guest data capture and marketing usage will be agreed in the event brief. Where your organisation requests guest data capture, it is responsible for providing any event-specific notice or consent required.
