Booking and payment
A date is confirmed once full online payment is captured, unless a written corporate invoice arrangement has been agreed. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where stated.
Access and site requirements
The client must provide accurate venue details and safe, lawful access for the caravan, including suitable level positioning, vehicle access, power and any venue approvals. Additional travel, parking, permits or difficult access may require a revised quote.
Changes and cancellation
Date changes and cancellations must be requested in writing. Any refund or rescheduling entitlement will depend on notice given, supplier costs already committed and our ability to rebook the date.
Weather, safety and events beyond control
We may pause, relocate or cancel operation where weather, site conditions or guest conduct create a safety risk. If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, we will work with the client in good faith on rescheduling.
